Each song is a sermon positioned inside of the vessel of rap allowing for the Word of God to be translated through a language that crosses ethical and cultural lines reaching a missing generation in size.This album is the pulpit that Hank Jones stands in front of to witness the Death, Burial and Resurrection of Jesus Christ to a harvest of souls ready to be changed. Mic Check defines the purpose of music and how it is to be used to bring Glory to God and captivate people to worship Him in all that they do.
