About The jimmyd Band
"The jimmyd Band" is a Contemporary Christian band that has an easy listening to progressive rock style. The band is primarily a studio band at the moment. The current CD project "When Love Comes From the Heart" includes several original songs dealing with the love we have and feel from within our hearts. Also in the works are instrumentals of various genres and even jam band material.

My oldest daughter Erica served in Iraq during the war that brought Saddam Hussein down, she was stationed in the Baghdad hospital and helped with the wounded soldiers and civilians there. She wrote me back then telling me how much she missed home and when she was close to the end of her tour there I wrote her a piano piece called "Homeward Bound".
