2ndc~Second Chance also known also known as Ewart Alexander Blake. Born in 1971 in Clarendon, Jamaica. Fell in love with music at the age of 5 and it continued through high school. He took part in talent shows, church choirs, and local concerts. He migrated to the usa in 1989 where he began to worship at the Berean Chorch of God in Ftl Lauderdale, under the leadership of Bishop Joseph Fagan.

Took part in local church groups singing in the community and in local area church’s. . He produced his first album “Mission Fi God” in 1998 as part of the group called The Blake Band. His sophomore album “Hold On” was released in 2004 which took him on concerts with the likes of Marvia Providence, Shirley Willis (Grace Thrillers), Wendy Mithchell, Papa San, Junior Tucker, Stithchie, Prodigal (AKA Bless), DJ Nicholas, Nigel Lewis, Alvin Slaughter, Claudell Clark, Hopeton Lewis, Shelly Thunder, Yankee B, Jhoy, Wingy Danejah, Carlington Roberts (Soar), Dwain Walters, just to name a few. His sophomore album won the Hopeton Lewis award for Best New Male Caribbean/ Amercian Artiste. He has perfomed internationally including Puerto Rico, Bahammas, Jamiaica, Canada, and around the U S. But as time went by the Lord has inspired 2ndc to go another level. The Lord allowed all sorts of experiences in his life to help him to mature which encoutaged him to write songs on a deeper level. Jan 15 2007 Chance linked up with Dr. Dizzle (aka Dale Virgo) who is a young accomplished producer. Chance had the words, Dizzle had the beats. Put those 2 ingredients together and now you 2ndc’s third album “Walk Gud”’. 2ndc in currently living in Florida with his wife of 11years and three girls
